HandsOn Therapy are looking for the next two flexible, adaptable, and reliable additions to the admin team. 

Essential to these positions:
• A friendly, outgoing, and welcoming manner, both on the phone and in person
• Administration or customer service experience
• Ability to troubleshoot basic IT hardware and software issues for yourself and others
• Experience with outlook, word and excel
• A willingness to help and educate others
• Ability to multi-task and juggle responsibilities in a busy environment
• Highly attuned attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A willingness to try new things and expand current skillsets
• Ability to work well within a team and a keen interest in being part of a fun, friendly work culture

Highly regarded for these positions:
• Medical reception experience
• IT knowledge and ability to troubleshoot most issues.
• Software installation experience
• Database management experience
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Teams
